We strive to keep all of our Timeless Bridal Accessories customers happy. If you for any reason have a problem please contact us immediately. We try our best to accommodate all orders and to resolve any problems you may have.

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns for refunds. Most of our items are personalized and refunds are not offered on personalized items. No exceptions to our policies will be given. Please contact us if you have questions about an order you have received.

EXCHANGES

If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange it for a different size or color (exchanges are only offered on non-personalized robes). You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your item in order to make an exchange. You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations are only accepted within 3 hours of purchasing and if the item ordered is not already in the process of production.
